There is no cost or special actions required to get new rental ads included in the free Rental Alert program. |

| How do I know if my home rental ad is getting viewed? |
When you login to your account, the "Manage Active Ads" page will display all your currently active rental ads and each one will have an "Ad Views" followed by the number of times that ad has been actually viewed in a web browser by a person. We do not track ad views by "page hits" which are generated by search engine spiders, etc. *This feature is for member accounts only. |

| Will I get spammed after posting a home rental ad? |
We do not display contact email addresses within our rental ads so that an "email spider" can collect them for spamming purposes. |
